Do you conquer, cope, or cave when you're stressed?

Is it safe to assume you've experienced normal stress? If so, you're the kind of person I'd love to hear from. I'm conducting a survey for a couple of tasks that look at how people respond to stress. It's anonymous, but I will be compiling results and posting on the blog site -- including select verbatim responses that are particularly interesting.
